Examining the top 20 crypto currencies (ranked by market capitalization), the top performers over the last 24 hours were Waves (WAVES) 3.77%, USD Coin (USDC) 0.01%, while the worst three performing were NEM (XEM) -3.68%, IOTA (MIOTA) -2.80%, NEO (NEO) -2.53%.

Bitcoin (BTC) swung between a high of $3,558.50 and a low of $3,470.10 ending twenty four hours of trading at $3,468. This equates to a loss of $53,258,734 in market cap. It has seen a 2.88% weekly decline, and in just the last hour bitcoin has risen 0.26%. Currently there are 17,517,787 bitcoins in circulation, representing 83% of the final twenty-one million bitcoins that can be mined. 1,420,951 of these bitcoins were traded in the past 24 hours.
In February Bitcoin started the month at $3,452 and swung between $3,423 and $3,507, closing at $3,507 on February 02.
