San Diego 311 Get It Done Daily Update: Sunday

The San Diego Get It Done service allow residents to report problems, concerns or issues in San Diego. Anyone can report a problem either online, via their mobile application, or even just over the phone. Yesterday, 467 people took the opportunity to do exactly that.
The top reports Sunday were Pothole (27 percent of all reports), 72 Hour Violation (17 percent), and Graffiti Removal (9.64 percent). The city managed to close 9.64 percent of all reports and took some kind of action on a total of 9.64 percent. 18 percent remains unresolved.

The busiest department was Transportation and Storm Water which received no less then three hundred reports. Here is the breakdown by departments:

  • 64 percent: Transportation and Storm Water
  • 25 percent: Parking
  • 10 percent: Environmental Services Department
  • 0.21 percent: Storm Water Code Enforcement
