The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

  • Tornado Warning for:
    Northwestern Livingston County in central Illinois
  • Until 1115 AM CDT
  • At 1053 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
    tornado was located near Pontiac, moving northeast at 55 mph.

    HAZARD Tornado.

    SOURCE Radar indicated rotation.

    IMPACT Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
    Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
    damage is likely.

  • This dangerous storm will be near:
    Odell around 1105 AM CDT.
    Dwight around 1115 AM CDT.

    Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
    Cornell.

    Including the following interstate
    I-55 between mile markers 194 and 218.
